The main goal of the new site design was to create a flexible, extensive module system that radiates brand values and integrates the new design principles of Metro. The new visual design system is intuitive, user-friendly, informative, clean and appeals to all personas (gamers and family timers) of Xbox.
* Visual audit was conducted of the previous site to determine usability, functionality and integrity of the brand visual language.
Along with the new modular system, an online guideline was created as a reference tool to understand, implement and maintain the look and feel of the new Xbox.com. It details the visual language and interactive design system developed to enrich the user experience and clearly communicate the Xbox brand message.
